Worth waiting for regeneration

At the finish of considerable regeneration initiatives within Hastings and St Leonards, one can picture an environment whereby the University of Brighton's local campus is not undergoing a struggle to recruit students and the original vision for the campus becomes fulfilled.
It is therefore worth preservering with the continued presence of the university during the years that regeneration is in progress.
